The density of L. catesbeianus at a wetland was a statistically significant predictor of infection in both A. woodhousii (p = 0.0065) and P. triseriata (p = 0.024), as obtained from generalized linear mixed effects models predicting the probability of Bd infection in individual species encountered in the field survey. The density of A. tigrinum (not shown), A. woodhousii, and P. triseriata were all statistically significant predictors of infection in A. tigrinum (p = 0.034, 0.006, 1.5e-5, respectively). The density of L. catesbeianus at a wetland was a nearly statistically significant predictor of infection in that species (p = 0.093), though the density of no other amphibian specie...
