The effect of AEA on the production of pro-inflammatory mediators in hPdLCs in response to stimulation with <i>P. gingivalis</i> LPS.

<p>hPdLC were stimulated with <i>P. gingivalis</i> LPS in the presence or in the absence of AEA for 24 h, and the production of pro-inflammatory mediators was measured on gene and protein levels by real-time PCR (A) and ELISA (B) respectively.
