Soyasaponins influence the LPS-stimulated activation of NF-kB through modulating the degradation and phosphorylation of IkBα in macrophages.

<p>Macrophages were pre-treated with 10, 20, or 40 µmol/L of soyasaponins (A₁, A₂ and I) for 2 h, and then stimulated with LPS (1 µg/mL) for 10 min or 30 min as indicated. Phosphorylation and degradation of IkBα were detected by immunoblotting, and β-actin was used as a control.
