<p>IDHwt (n = 3) and IDHmut (n = 3) NHA cell extracts were analyzed by MR spectroscopy following 18 hours of incubation with medium containing 1 g/L [2-<sup>13</sup>C]glucose. Fractional fluxes were calculated based on the intensities of the four labeled peaks. Asterisks represent statistical significance (*: p<0.05).
