Effects of NAC on Cr(VI) induced cytotoxicity.

<p>Cells were pretreated with NAC (20 mM), cultured for 1 hr and incubated in the presence of varying concentrations of Cr(VI) for 24 hrs. Cell viability was determined by MTT assays. The data are the mean ± SD values of triplicate measurements from a representative of three independent experiments.
