NP₃₆₆-specific CD8⁺ T cells derived from NKG2A^−/− mice have enhanced effector functions.

<p>(A) NP₃₆₆-specific WT and NKG2A^−/− CD8⁺ T cells were stimulated with NP₃₆₆ peptide in the presence of brefeldin A and total production of TNF-α and IFN-γ was analyzed by FACS.
