Poly(I∶C)-pretreated P14 CD8 T cells have reduced effector function.

<p>(A–B, E–H) WT or IFNαβR KO P14 cells were transferred into congenic mice that were inoculated with HBSS or poly(I∶C), and 1 day later equal numbers of P14 cells were transferred into separate congenic mice subsequently infected with LCMV.
