<i>L. mexicana</i> promastigote-infected BMDCs have decreased expression of antigen presentation and co-stimulatory molecules.

<p>BMDCs were stimulated with LPS (100 ng/ml) for 24 hr or LPS-stimulated before (<b>A</b>) or after (<b>B</b>) an 18 hr infection with <i>L. mexicana</i> promastigotes. Collected cells were stained with the indicated antibodies. After staining, cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. One representative experiment of three is shown.
