Sampling density is shown in <a href="http://www.plosgenetics.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pgen.1004572#pgen.1004572.s004" target="_blank">Figure S4</a>. Maps were obtained using Kriging interpolation as detailed in the text.</p
