RT-PCR of purinergic receptors in MMA.

<p>The top lane is a representative RT-PCR for 3 different runs (each consisting of 6 pooled MMA). The lower lane is a control for all primers run on trigeminal ganglion mRNA. All bands have the correct expected size, see <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0108782#pone-0108782-t001" target="_blank">table 1</a>. αSMA (α Smooth Muscle Actin) and VE-Cad (Vascular Endothelial - Cadherin) were used as controls.
