Time course of the formation of CHIKV VLPs.

<p>293T cells were transfected with the expression plasmid, and the supernatant was collected for 10 consecutive days. The supernatant (20 µL) was subjected to the VLP concentration as described in the Materials and Methods, and analyzed by western blotting using anti-CHIKV mouse serum.
