The effects of G503 and Z-VAD-FMK on caspase activation and apoptosis in SGC7901 cells.

<p>(A),(B) Cells were treated with various G503 concentrations for 24 h (A) and treated with 20 µmol/L G503 for various time (B). All celluar proteins were extracted and caspase-3 protein levels were analyzed by Western blotting. (C)–(E) Cells were pre-incubated with Z-VAD-FMK for 30 min before treated with 20µmol/L G503 for 24 h. All celluar proteins were extracted and caspase-9 (C), −3 (D) protein levels were analyzed by Western blotting. The cellular apoptotic rates were determined by flow cytometry (E).
