Cytokine secretion of HS5 stromal cells.

<p>HS5 cells were transfected with siRNA for CDCP1 or luciferase (control). After feeding fresh media at 1 day post transfection, the cells were cultured for 48 hours, and cell supernatants were collected. The cytokine levels were measured by ELISA (n = 4). Y axis indicates fold changes in the cells which were infected with siRNA for CDCP1 compared to the control siRNA. Asterisks indicate significant difference (p = 0.0003∼0.001).
