NK cell phenotypic modulation in lung cancer micro-environment.

<p><b>A</b>: NKG2A expression level of NK cells from lung in high-metastatic L9981 group were significantly higher than that in low-metastatic NL9980 group and control group (<i>p</i> = 0.000). Ly49I expression level from the lung in L9981 group and NL9980 group was significantly higher than that in control group (<i>p</i> = 0.000) <b>B</b>: NKG2D expression level of NK cells from spleen in L9981 group (4.17±0.85) were remarkably lower than that in control group (<i>p</i> = 0.034) and NL9980 group (<i>p</i> = 0.040). Ly49I expression level in NL9980 group was remarkably higher than that in L9981 group (<i>p</i> = 0.010) and control group (<i>p</i> = 0.004). <b>C</b>: NKG2A expression level of NK cells from lung was significantly higher than that from spleen in high-metastatic L9981 group (<i>p</i> = 0.007) and Ly49I expression level from lung was remarkably up-regulated than that in spleen (<i>p</i> = 0.003) <b>D</b>: No significant difference of all the receptors expression level of NK cells was existed in low metastasis NL9980 group. <b>E</b>: The Ly49I expression level of NK cells from the lung was significantly higher than that from the spleen in control group (<i>p</i> = 0.033).
