<p>Tumor cells were treated with 10 mg/ml amygdalin for either 24 h or for 2 weeks. Controls received cell culture medium alone. 0.5×10<sup>6</sup> tumor cells/well were added to HUVEC monolayers for 0.5, 1 and 2 h. Mean adherent tumor cells from five fields was calculated and depicted as percentage of the 100% control (dotted line).
