<p>PK-resistant PrP is detectable with M20 anti-PrP antibodies in all inoculated indicator mice, except for the mice sacrificed at 365 days after inoculation with the brain homogenate from the Tg(MHM2Δ23-88)/<i>Prnp<sup>0/0</sup></i> mouse, which was sacrificed at 591 days after inoculation with RML prions.</p
