<p>Blood samples were drawn immediately before and 1 week after injection of STZ. NPD-fed indicate Control group and DMH group. HFD-fed indicate STZ group and STZ+DMH group. Values are expressed as mean ± S.E.M. Unpaired student’s T test at P<0.05 was used to analyze the difference between the NPD-fed and HFD-fed rats.
