<div><p>Background</p><p>Single-nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in the <i>TNFAIP3</i>, <i>IFIH1</i>, and <i>IRF5</i> genes have been associated with several auto-inflammation diseases, while the susceptibility between these genes and idiopathic inflammatory myopathies (IIMs) were not reported.
