<p>As a group we decided to set 30 pan traps in the woodlot and another 30 in the grasslands. The colours of the pan traps were red, yellow and orange. We placed the bowls in a consistent pattern of yellow, orange and red. The pan traps were placed for a duration of two hours in their respective areas until we returned back to them. Once, the group returned we counted the amount of insects that were captured in each pan trap. While, some people did the counting of the insects, the others were writing down the results on a piece of paper for knowledge.</p
