The secreted cellular sub-proteome (secretome) is a rich source of biologically active glycoproteins. <i>N</i>-Glycan profiling of secretomes of cultured cancer cells provides an opportunity to investigate the link between protein <i>N</i>-glycosylation and tumorigenesis.
