Effect of irradiation on the number of primary mouse brain endothelial and astroglia cells.

<p>Effect of irradiation was measured on the number of primary mouse brain endothelial (A) and astroglia (B) cells 1, 2, 3 and 5 days after exposure to single dose of 0.1, 2 or 10 Gy irradiation. Values presented are means ± SD, n = 5–6 from 2 separate experiments. Data is expressed as number of cells/mm². Statistical analysis: two-way ANOVA followed by Bonferroni post-test. Statistically significant differences <i>p</i><0.01 (**) and <i>p</i><0.001 (***) are indicated.
