BALF cytokine analysis following IAV infection.

<p>Mice were infected with IAV i.n. and BALF fluids harvested at the indicated time points and assessed for <i>(A)</i> IFNα by bioassay as described in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0111520#s4" target="_blank">Materials and Methods</a>, and by multiplex immunoassay assay for <i>(B)</i> KC, <i>(C)</i> G-CSF <i>(D)</i> IL-12 p40, <i>(E)</i> IL-10 and <i>(F)</i> IFNγ. Results shown are means +/− SEM of duplicate samples for 3 mice at each time point.
