<p>Cells transduced with pSD400 containing scrambled shRNA (Scr) or c-Met-shRNA (shRNA) were treated with DOX for 72 h, and the cells were processed for (A) Western blot analysis, (B) real-time PCR analysis and (C) immunofluorescence staining.
