<p>(A) Schematic illustration of protein microarray process. (B) The protein chips were incubated with either MI061 or cetuximab, and antigen-antibody interactions were detected by using Alexa-Fluor conjugated secondary antibody. After washing, each chip was scanned by GenePix Scanner at 532 nm (Cy3) and 635 nm (Cy5). Each value of probe signals was obtained by using GenePix Pro 6.0 software. Red signal indicates antigen binding intensity of both MI061 and cetuximab. All GST-fusion proteins were detected by anti-GST antibody and visualized by green fluorescence as indicated.
