Pretreatment with Neurotropin (NTP) suppresses interleukin-1β (IL-1β) and tumor necrosis factor-α (TNFα)-induced JNK activation in hepatocytes.

<p>(A-C) Wild type (WT) primary hepatocytes were pretreated with 0.2 NU/mL NTP for 1 hour followed by the treatment with 2 ng/mL IL-1β (A, B) or TNFα (C) for 15 or 30 minutes (A, C), or two hours (B). Western blots for phospho-JNK, total JNK and β-actin are shown (A, C). Representative blots are shown.
