<p>Biofilm formation was compared between the wild-type and <i>rgg2</i> mutant strains. The strains were cultured with CDM and static biofilm formation determined after 24 hrs incubation. The results are shown as the means and SEMs from three independent experiments. The difference between the strains was statistically significant (P<0.05).</p
