LAW AND ECONOMIC ACTIVITY - AN INTERDISCIPLINARY ANALYSIS OF STATE INTERVENTION

<p>The aim of this paper is to analyze from an interdisciplinary paradigm the relationship between law and economic activity, particularly as this dialogue is established from what is common to them, namely state intervention. One realizes that this relationship is expressed through the power, in particular the interventionist power, a way of understanding what is called development in the face of modern society. What is the exercise of power by the state is prioritizing certain private economic groups, because if this works either as a negotiator ora consumer, the result of their action comes to impact development in a broad sense in certain regions. One can check that the connection between law and economic activity occurs through legal rules that have as much legal as political, since both are sides of the same institution prerogative, though sometimes technical excerpts may claim otherwise. The methodology will be observing the real concrete relations and the subsequent analysis of the theoretical as well as its reflection from the collation reality theory that underlie the practice in dialectical perspective.
