<p>Comparison of the recovery-halftimes in FRAP of transmembrane (Cd4-mRFP), inner membrane leaflet (F-mRFP), outer membrane leaflet (GPI-mRFP) and soluble (mRFP) fluorescent proteins. Compared are average values for spines with Sept7-GFP at their bases (Sept7-GFP +) with values for spines that do not bear detectable Sept7-GFP staining at their bases. Shown are the absolute recovery halftimes from single exponential fits to at least three averaged recovery curves per spine.
