<p>Colony formation of each indicated cell line calculated using a ColCount Colony Counter with supplied statistical software. The MCF-7/HER2.2 cell line expresses wild-type HER2 and is included as a positive control. The data represents the percentage difference in colony number of trastuzumab treated compared to the untreated control +/− SE of at least three independent experiments. Single asterisk or double asterisks indicate trastuzumab treated cell lines with significantly enhanced (<i>p</i><0.04) or reduced (<i>p</i><0.02) colony formation, respectively. Significant differences were determined by paired Student's <i>t</i> test.</p
