<p>(<b>A</b>) Protein level of CS was examined in <i>CS</i>-silenced SKOV3 and A2780 cells. (<b>B</b>) SKOV3 and A2780 cells were treated with <i>CS</i> siRNA or negative siRNA for 48 h, then cells were treated with different concentrations of DDP for another 24 h. Cell viability was measured after incubation with CCK8 for 1.5 h.
