<p>Day 7 SCNT blastocysts developed from BEF, SSEA-4＋ and SSEA-4－ cells were stained with CDX2 and DAPI. Blastocyst cell numbers were estimated by counting the total number of nuclei using DAPI (blue). The number of trophectoderm (TE) nuclei was estimated using immunostaining for CDX2 (red).
