<p>The mortalin interaction with ADP (<b>A</b>) and ATP (<b>B</b>) in the presence of Mg<sup>2+</sup> was tested by ITC, suggesting K<sub>Ds</sub> values of approximately 2.2 ± 0.1 μmol.L<sup>-1</sup> and 1.1 ± 0.1 μmol.L<sup>-1</sup>, respectively.
