WoodFrogGenotypes

This file includes individual microsatellite genotypes (7 loci) for wood frogs (N=888) collected from embryonic samples (one sample per eggmass) at breeding ponds (N=39) near Milford, ME. Genotypes were scored manually in PeakScanner and 0 indicates no alleles were identified at that locus. Pond locations (latitude, longitude) are included. See metadata in file for more information
