THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE COMPANIES FOR THE CRIME OF CORRUPTION: THE PORTUGUESE CASE FROM A PERSPECTIVE OF CRIMINAL LAW, BUT ALSO OF CRIMINOLOGY
