IL-1β and TNF-α contribute to D4GDI-dependent inhibition of <i>M. tb</i> growth.

<p>MDMs from 5 to 6 healthy donors with LTBI were infected with H37Rv, and control and infected MDMs were cultured with or without recombinant D4GDI. After 6 hr, culture supernatants were collected and levels of 27 different cytokines and chemokines were measured by multiplex ELISA. (A) IL-1β production. (B) TNF-α production. (C) G-CSF production.
