<p>(A) Effect of different metal ions on the phosphodiesterase activity of PdeM. The metals as well as EDTA were used at 1 mM concentration for all reactions. (B) Effect of different concentrations of Mn<sup>2+</sup> on the phosphodiesterase activity of PdeM. The assays were performed using 2 mM bis(<i>p</i>NPP) as substrate and 1μg of enzyme. (C) Effect of different concentrations of bis(<i>p</i>NPP) on the phosphodiesterase activity of PdeM. Reactions were performed in presence of 3 mM Mn<sup>2+</sup> and 1μg of enzyme.</p
