<p>Fluorescent signal and binding curves for 5 different proteins (PSA, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-1β, and GFP) quantitated in parallel on a single device. Concentrations for the primary and secondary antibodies used in this experiment were 600 nM and 6 nM, respectively. Each panel shows the signal obtained from the specific primary antibody to the given antigen detected with the various secondary fluorescently labeled detection antibodies. The results show that each antigen was specifically detected by the correct antibody pair and that no significant cross reactivity occurred between the antigens and antibodies tested in this experiment.
