HMGB1 induced JNK, ERK, and p-38 phosphorylation in WI-38 cells.

<p>After the cells were treated with 100 ng/mL of HMGB1 for different time periods, protein was extracted, and the expression of phosphorylated and total JNK, ERK, p38 were analyzed by western blotting. β-actin was used as an internal control.
