Knocking down of RAGE depressed HMGB1-induced migration ability.

<p>(A) Cells were transfected with 3 MOI lentiviral based shRNA targeting TLR2, TLR4 and RAGE mRNA for 48h. Cells were then treated with 100 ng/mL of HMGB1 for 18 h. Cell migration was detected by in vitro scratch assay. (B) Quantification of cell migration was performed by counting the cell numbers in the rectangle in each sample for 4 fields. Data are expressed as mean ± S.E.M.
