They are situated in the table according to their chromosomal location. In the case of the MS-MLPA probes, “Probe numbers” indicate the reference used in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0117691#pone.0117691.g002" target="_blank">Fig. 2</a>.
