<p>C57BL/6 mice were treated and cells were isolated as in <a href="http://www.plosone.org/article/info:doi/10.1371/journal.pone.0119662#pone.0119662.g001" target="_blank">Fig. 1</a>. Myeloid cells from non-treated mice served as controls (steady state).
