Skin tissues from Vehicle (<b>a, b</b>) and AM/AMBP-1 (<b>c, d</b>) treated animals from day 3 (<b>a, c</b>) and day 14 (<b>b, d</b>) were sectioned and immunostained with myeloperoxidase (MPO) antibody. Total RNA extracted from skin tissues were analyzed by real time RT-PCR for IL-6 (<b>B</b>) and TNF-α (<b>C</b>) mRNA expressions.
