<p>Groups of BALB/c mice (n = 10 per group) were vaccinated once, twice or three times by intramuscular injection of plasmids P1, P2, P3 at day 0, 28, and 56. Immunization with vector plasmid pcDNA3.1 was performed as control at day 0. Box-and-whisker plots depict the magnitude of responses in each group for each time point (<i>P</i> value was ≤ 0.05).
