<p>HMGB1 inhibition reduced LSS-induced inflammatory response, including ICAM-1 mRNA and protein expression, TNF-α and IL-1β secretion and monocytes adhesion. <b>(A, B, C)</b> The mRNA and protein expression of ICAM-1 were assessed by RT-PCR and western blot analysis. <b>(D)</b> TNF-α secretion was assessed by ELISA. <b>(E)</b> IL-1β secretion was assessed by ELISA. <b>(F)</b> THP-1 monocytes adhesion.
