<p>(A): The mice tumors’ volume in different groups. After six weeks of treatment, digoxin therapy decreased the tumors’ volume, which was significantly smaller than those in the saline control group (p<0.05). (B): IHC results in different groups. Additionally, the IHC results confirmed the effect of digoxin: Digoxin therapy decreased the HIF-lα and SCF positive tumor cells compared to the saline control group, respectively.</p
