S100A6 overexpression did not alter the expression of EMT-related markers in β-catenin-knockdown stable cells.

<p>(A) There were no significant differences in the expression of EMT-related markers between β-catenin-shRNA cells overexpressing S100A6 and β-catenin-shRNA control cells. (B) Western blotting revealed similar changes in the expression of EMT-related markers in the two groups. (C) No significant differences were seen between the two groups with respect to the expression of E-cadherin, N-cadherin and vimentin protein.
