<p>The nanoparticles loaded with the AF488-MIF siRNA were i.v. injected to Balb/c mice bearing day-10 4T1 tumor (∼ 5 x 7 mm). The i.v. injection was administered every other day for 7 days. <b>A</b>. Biodistribution of the AF488-MIF-siRNA at 2, 4 and 12 hours after the i.v. injection of the BG34-10-Re-I/(AF488-MIF-siRNA) nanoparticles. <b>B</b>.
