Using authentic cross cultural dialogues to encourage international students' participation in tutorial activities

The article details a teaching method used to facilitate inter-cultural business communication for English as a Second Language (ESL) students in New Zealand and Australia. The author was looking for ways to engage international students by incorporating everyday authentic dialog into classroom activities.
