TLR4 deficiency reduces the expression of chemokines in ischemic and non-ischemic myocardium.

<p>Myocardial levels of MCP-1 and KC were analyzed at day 1, 3 and 7 of reperfusion. Lower chemokine levels were found in both ischemic (A) and non-ischemic (B) myocardium in TLR4-defective mice.
