<p>GFP expression in rSmeg harboring the pMyong2-EGFP^e vector was observed using (A and B) fluorescence and (C and D) confocal microscopy. A FACS analysis of the GFP expression in <i>M</i>. <i>smegmatis</i> harboring (E, F, and G) pMyong2-TOPO and (H, I, and J) pMyong2-EGFP^e at 10, 50, and 100 M.O.I., respectively.
